Munzio Clementi, Mahogany with cross bandage and inlay lines, 5 1/2 octave FF-c"" square piano circa 1816 with harmonic swell and sustain pedals. Six turned and reeded legs with brass collards and casters. The instrument was completely restored by Tim Hamilton in 2013.
The owner has correspondence documents with Yale, the Met, Collard and Collard & Steinway ( 1930-1978). Located in the New Haven, CT area.
