This is a Flemish design single manual harpsichord nicely built in the Zuckermann shop in 1975. GG-g"' with three choirs at 8'8'4' and buff stop. The design is not transposing and pitched at 415 HZ. Painted case in two tones of green with a turned leg stand and painted soundboard. The name batten reads "Harpsichord in the Flemish style after Hans Moermans (the younger, fl. 1642) Made in Cambridge for Joseph Payne 1975". Located in Erie, PA, the instrument is in good condition and represents an excellent opportunity to acquire a full compass instrument at very reasonable cost. Music desk is included.
