17th Century double manual harpsichord by John Shortridge, ( circa 1973) - based on the 1652 Claude Jacquet. Soundboard painting by Sheridan Germann with painted trestle stand. Short octave bass GG, AA, BB - d''' 8'8'4', transposing A415/440. Reconditioned by Dale Munschy and painting restored in 2013. The instrument is in good playing condition and available to try out in our Gallery!
