Built in 1986, this Italian harpsichord is based on the instruments of Giovanni Battista Giusti ( late 1600's). All of the Blaise instrument we have seen show extraordinary attention to detail, and the musical result is first class. C-d"' transposing 415/440 with two choirs at 8' pitch. 80" x 31" weighing in at a mere 45#. The instrument sits on a painted pedestal stand and has a protective lid.
