This organ, built in the artisan workshop of Angelo Carbonetti (Foligno) is based on a design by Maestro Alessandro Albenga. It recreates a historical musical instrument: an “Organo Soave” --- a small, portable "positive" late 16th-century Italian organ --- housed in the Silver Chapel in Innsbruck, a unique and precious instrument with a single Principal stop (of approximately 49 pipes).
Carbonetti's pipes are made of Italian cypress, expertly crafted and harmonized according to historically-informed measurements and construction methods. This exquisite piece, the second of its kind built by Carbonetti, has been in the collection of Saint Peter's Church in New York City since 2016. The church is acquiring a larger instrument and cannot house both. This instrument is offered for sale in pristine condition at $32,000.

– 51 wooden pipes (Principal 6').
– Wood: Select Italian cypress
– Boxwood-plated diatonic keys
– Ebony-covered chromatic keys
– Range: F1, G1, A1, Bb1, B1, C2 – F5 (4 octaves, 47 keys). A=440 Hz with transposer one semitone down and up
– Pipe feet: Renaissance-style, with hand-carved wind guides
– Tuning windows at the top of the pipes (lids for the smaller pipes)
– One lantern bellows (one fold) with 110V/60Hz blower
– Mechanical super-octave (F2 to F4)
