Harpsichord by John Lyon, 1976 - French double manual instrument, 8’8’4’ buff with full Louis XVI platform stand and gold banding. French style soundboard painting. Transposing 415/440, with keyboard of ebony and bone. Painted black and vermillion with gold banding, the instrument is in excellent condition but has been unplayed for some years.
