Single manual harpsichord by Willard Martin after Blanchet , 1976,/ HCH 2025; GG - f ‘’’, 8’8’, transposing, keyboard of ebony and bone, hand painted decoration on key well and sound board surround, hand painted sound board ( Pamela Gladding) , case exterior in dark olive, interior in red-brown, short and long lid sticks, oak trestle stand with spiral turned legs, includes cover and tools. . (89” x 35 1/4”, 6 1/4” octave) One owner since 1976.
This instrument is scheduled to be completely rebuilt here in our shop. This will include soundboard painting restoration, with new stringing, voicing and regulation, case refinish. We expect that the instrument will be available 120 days from contract.
